ISLAMABAD: The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) organised a two-day AI Adaptation Workshop for its staff on September 9 and 10, aimed at helping employees understand and responsibly use emerging artificial intelligence tools in their professional work.
The workshop provided staff with an opportunity to explore how AI can support better thinking, learning, research and problem-solving while complementing existing ways of working.
Participants learned how to frame effective prompts and experimented with AI-assisted research, content development and other routine professional tasks. The sessions focused not only on the technology itself but also on building confidence and practical skills to use AI intelligently and responsibly.
The workshop encouraged participants to question, experiment, refine and learn from their experiences with AI tools. Discussions highlighted that effective use of artificial intelligence is not simply about obtaining faster answers, but about asking better questions, applying human judgement and understanding when technology can add meaningful value.
