New York: Gaza Proving was postponed for the fourth time in the Security Council after the objection of the United States.
According to Arab media, the resolution presented for the provision of humanitarian aid to Gaza was postponed for the fourth time due to the fear of veto by the United States.
The United States has objected to the use of the words “ceasefire” and “enmity” in the resolution. Negotiations among member states are ongoing to make the draft resolution acceptable. The resolution has been presented by the United Arab Emirates. Polling on voting is likely to take place today.

The US has also vetoed the first resolution presented by the UAE for a ceasefire in Gaza. According to the United Nations report, more than 576,000 Palestinians are facing hunger and starvation in Gaza.
