Paraguay: In the Czech Republic, a gunman opened fire indiscriminately at a university, killing 15 people.
According to international media, an armed person entered the Charles University located in the Prague area of the capital of the Czech Republic and opened fire indiscriminately.
As a result of firing, 15 people have been killed so far while more than two dozen have been injured, some of whom are in serious condition.
As soon as the incident was reported, the police surrounded the university and killed the assailant in retaliation.
According to the police, the shooting happened in the philosophy department of Charles University, where an armed student entered and opened fire indiscriminately.

The police chief confirmed the death of the assailant, but his identity has been withheld.
The Interior Minister of the Czech Republic said that according to our investigation, no evidence has been found so far to link the incident to a terrorist or extremist group.
After the university was evacuated, the police conducted a search with the help of a bomb disposal squad and detection dogs as it was feared that the attacker may have planted explosives in the building.
