Between France and England there is an island called Sark Island. It is the smallest prison in the world and is still in use. The prison is like a small house with only two prison cells. Sark Island has no cars, roads or roads, only a small prison built in 1856.
One cell was 6 feet by 6 feet, the other 6 feet by 3 feet, and the two cells were separated by a narrow corridor. Two cells with thin beds have small wooden beds for prisoners to sleep. Ironically, prisoners are held here for a maximum of two days before being transferred to a larger prison on the neighboring island of Guernsey.
This prison was awarded by the Guinness Book of Records as the smallest prison in the world. As for the island itself, it is only 5 kilometers long and 1.6 kilometers wide, with less than 600 inhabitants.
