The director of Bollywood blockbuster Dhoom has called Shah Rukh Khan Patan as a “fake and copycat” of his film.
According to Indian media, Dhoom action director Allan Amin revealed that Pathan is a copy of the 2004 film Dhoom.
Allan Amin said in a media interview that the film was like a copy because the action sequence between Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and John Ibrahim was adapted from the sequence with Abhishek Bachchan and John Ibrahim. In the movie Dhoom.
He then said that people are tired of watching action films, which is why Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, starring actors Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, did not do well at the box office.
Also, the ‘Dhoom’ action director said that people are now being shown rubbish in the name of action. When it comes to action, it should be a little lighter. As in the 2006 film Dhoom 2, actress Rimi Sen jumped from a helicopter onto a moving train. He further explained that for the train scene, he told a stuntman to jump and show him getting off the train. He tested the stunt on a trial basis, and when the stuntman successfully executed it, he realized that it was possible. That’s why they shot that scene. If it hadn’t been successful, they wouldn’t have filmed it.
