People with smartphones are often obsessed with taking selfies at various locations, even at the risk of their own safety, putting their lives in danger.
According to foreign media, a woman from China, who had gone on vacation to Sri Lanka, was traveling by train when she decided to take a selfie while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
The woman attempted to take a selfie by hanging out of the train’s door while it was moving at high speed. However, she lost her balance and fell after colliding with a tree.
Media reports stated that when the train stopped at a nearby station, the woman’s friends immediately rushed to the accident site and helped her get transferred to the hospital.
Reports also mentioned that, fortunately, the woman fell into the bushes after falling from the train, which saved her life.
