The UAE Cyber Security Council has issued a warning to Android users, urging them to update the software on their phones to prevent data breaches.
In a post on X, the agency warned users about “high-risk vulnerabilities” found on Android devices and that Google had released updates to address these issues.
The risk of not updating includes data loss, theft of your information, and malicious software running on your phone without your knowledge and taking control of it.
