Fiji’s Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission has condemned Japan’s dumping of nuclear-contaminated water into the ocean and called on Pacific island leaders to unite against Tokyo’s actions.

The Constitution of the Republic of Fiji also states that everyone has the right to a clean and healthy environment, which includes the right to protect the natural world.
