Solar panel prices decline further in Pakistan

The cost of solar panels in Pakistan has come down significantly, making solar energy a more affordable option for individuals and businesses.

According to the report, the cost of solar panels dropped 53% in one year, from $80 per watt to $37 per watt.

This sharp decline is due to oversupply in the domestic market and falling international prices. In the last six months alone, prices have dropped by about 30%, and panels from various brands cost about $37 per watt.

As a result of this price adjustment, the cost of a 5 kilowatt solar system has dropped significantly from last year to $2,15,000. As a result, the total cost associated with acquiring such a system was reduced by $4,30,000.

While the drop in solar panel prices has had a positive effect on consumers looking for renewable energy solutions, it is important to note that inverter and battery prices have remained unchanged during these changes.
