A total of 50 tonnes of rations along with 3281 relief packages and medical supplies worth Rs 1.2 million were provided to the population as part of the Pakistan Army’s humanitarian efforts.
Distribution of rations is taking place in Gwadar, Sar Bandar and Jiwani by Pakistan Army.
Over 1,470 households have received 25 tons of benefits so far.
In addition, the Pakistan Army has established 17 Field Relief Medical Camps and 15 Mobile Medical Camps. Treatment was given to more than 4783 patients, including men, women and children.
Information brochures were distributed to local communities for preventive measures.
Efforts are underway to prevent rain-related diseases, including respiratory diseases, skin infections, urinary tract infections and gastrointestinal diseases.
