Elections for the year 2025 of the District Union of Journalists have been completed in the newly elected cabinet, Syed Nadeem Shah Tipu Union President, Nadeem Ehsan Patron General, Farhat Shah Senior Vice President, Amin Baghi General Secretary, Shoaib Awan Vice President, Muhammad Asad Joint Secretary. And Shahzad Ahmed Khan was elected Finance Secretary of the Cabinet, moor Syed Roohul Amin, Iftikhar Khan, Niaz Ali, Rukhsar Zadeh, Tahir Saleem and Ruim Bacha will be a member of the cabinet. Annual elections of the District Union of Journalists were held in the presence of senior lawyers. President Syed Nadeem Shah expressed his views while congratulating all the cabinet including Tipu and said that the journalist class is a mirror to indicate the deprivations of the society for the people. Journalism is a sharp sword against oppressors. Journalism is the fourth pillar of the state. They also request the Secretaries of the Information Department to play a role for the encouragement and well-being of journalists who do positive and neutral journalism with the supremacy of the constitution and law, while legal experts from the union. Syed Azizuddin Kakakhel was also appointed as legal advisor for the Supreme Court and Syed Shahid Hasan Shah for the High Court.
