GALIYAT: Newly appointed Sub-Divisional Forest Officer (SDFO) Donga Gali Forest Subdivision Muhammad Farzad conducted a detailed visit to the Changla Gali Forest Block to review forest protection and management activities.
During the visit, the SDFO inspected the Bariyan Forest Check Post and carefully reviewed the relevant records to ensure their accuracy and proper maintenance.
He also visited different forest compartments in the Changla Gali Block and assessed the condition of the forests and ongoing field activities.
A key part of the visit was the inspection of boundary pillars to ensure that forest boundaries remain protected and to help prevent illegal encroachment or other unauthorised activities.
Muhammad Farzad also held a meeting with the field staff of Changla Gali Block and issued instructions for the effective protection and management of forest resources. He stressed the need for timely and responsible performance of official duties and directed staff to keep forest protection as their top priority.
