Famous lawyer, civil rights and husband of Pakistani actor Mansha Pasha Jibran Nasser celebrated his 37th birthday on Saturday. This occasion coincided with the post-election waves of 2024, when Jibran ran as an independent candidate for the PS-110 constituency in Karachi. Despite failing to win the seat, the spirit of an activist for change remains strong as he celebrated his birthday in an intimate relationship with Mansha.
The actor took to his Instagram with a sweet birthday wish for his beau along with a candid video of the pair trying to take pictures. The lighthearted humor can be seen with Gibran refusing to comply with his wife’s requests on how to pose, leading to some funny moments.
In the caption, actor Laal Kabootar attributed their lack of photos together as a couple to Gibran’s shenanigans. “That’s why we hardly take pictures together, but he’s my love, so I can’t even get mad,” she reiterated her deep affection for her husband.
She added an IG version of American singer Pharrell Williams’ hit Happy to the post and continued: “Happy birthday Jibran Nasir, I hope you have the best year (with me), I love you.
Last year, Mansha appeared as a guest on the FWhy Podcast, where she revealed new details about how her relationship with Jibran began on the Internet, developed over time, and eventually culminated in marriage.
With host Frieha Altaf, the celebrity shared snippets of her journey from forging a deep friendship with Jibran online and offline to connecting with the famous lawyer and civil rights activist.
In an hour and 19-minute interview, Mansha and Frieha bonded over their shared experiences and insights gleaned from the two’s many years working in the Pakistani entertainment industry. Mansha spoke candidly about her childhood, early family life and how she started out as a serial producer and then slowly made her way into mainstream acting by doing small and supporting roles.
