Sadiqabad: Shahid Lund, the bandit with a bounty on his head from the Machka incident, has contacted the Interior Ministry by phone to discuss the situation.
Sources indicate that after the Machka incident, the Punjab government and the Ministry of Interior set a reward of one crore rupees for information on 20 bandits, and their names and photos were released.
Sources reveal that Shahid Lund, who is listed as the first bandit, called the number provided by the Interior Ministry himself. Shahid Lund informed the Interior Ministry that none of the bandits involved in the killing of police officers were mentioned in the advertisement.
Shahid Lund further stated that when the police officers’ vehicle got stuck, they called for help, but no one came to assist, which led to the officers’ deaths.
