Lahore Monsoon alert issued; dengue cases uptick

The meteorological office gave a Storm downpour alert for Lahore as dampness in the air in Lahore recorded 82%. PDMA said storm downpours will go on in Lahore till August 3 and 4.

 The meteorological division said one more spell of storm might rain today (Wednesday).

The weather office reported that “11 patients reported in Lahore in 24 hours” as a result of the monsoon.

Downpour windstorm/thundershower is normal in Kashmir, Upper/Focal Punjab, Islamabad, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Southeast Sindh and South Balochistan.
