Instagram Starts Automatically Creating and Sharing AI-Generated Images with Users

The photo and video-sharing app Instagram has started automatically creating AI-generated images for users and sharing them with their feeds.

According to reports, Instagram has begun testing a feature that generates AI images for users and sends them to their feed. This feature is currently visible to a limited number of users, who can see AI-generated images in their feed.

The caption of the images shared on users’ feeds states that the images can only be viewed by the user, but they can choose to share them with others if desired.

Under this feature, Instagram’s Meta AI system automatically generates various AI images with different backgrounds for users, who can then share the images on their timeline if they wish.

It is still too early to say when this feature will be officially rolled out, but only a limited number of users are currently able to access it.

It is worth noting that Instagram and Facebook had previously introduced a feature to create images with the help of AI.
