In 12 cases of the May 9 riots, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder approached the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) seeking bail.
The plea stated that the founder of PTI was in judicial custody in all cases and no recovery was made from the founder of PTI.
The said objection of the ATC should approve the application for post-arrest bail.
The PTI founder had sought release in other cases, including the Jinnah House attack case.
