- Stroke: A daily intake of 200 grams reduces the risk of stroke by 16%, including foods like apples, pears, lemons, leafy greens, and pickled vegetables.
- Heart Disease: Consuming 200 grams daily can reduce the risk of heart disease by 8%, particularly when including apples, pears, lemons, carrots, and other green vegetables.
- Cancer: The risk of cancer is reduced by 3% with a daily intake of 200 grams of fruits and vegetables.
- Premature Death: Eating 200 grams daily also decreases the risk of premature death by 10%, especially when consuming apples, pears, berries, and potatoes.
