Hina Khan is keeping a brave face during her battle with cancer. The actress shared a health update and mentioned that she is now back at work.
In a new post, the actress mentioned that she doesn’t let her health get in the way of her spirit. While undergoing treatment for stage three breast cancer, she divides her time between work and health.
In the video, she was heard saying, “The show must go on.” The video shows her trying on a hair wig.
In the video, she wrote: “My first job assignment after diagnosis… Walking the talk is challenging, especially when we face life’s biggest challenges.
So take a break on the bad days; it’s ok… you deserve it. But remember to live your life on the good days, no matter how few there are.
These days are still important. Embrace the change, embrace the difference and NORMALIZE it.”
Hina, who has found strength in her work and the support of her family, added: “I am looking forward to good days because I can do what I love: work. I love my job. When I work, I live my dreams and that is my biggest motivation.
I want to keep working. Many people work a normal job without problems during treatment, and I am no different. I’ve met a few of them over these months and believe me, it’s changed my perspective.”
“FYI, I’m getting treatment but I’m not always in the hospital…so to all of you out there, LET’S NORMALIZE work and if you have the strength and energy, do whatever makes you HAPPY,” she said, adding: “And to all the beautiful to the people who are fighting this disease, remember, it’s your story; it’s your life”.
Hina is known for her work in the television space and has also done several films.
