Canadian mother Donna Van Wilde, 58, has set a new Guinness World Record for the longest belly.
The vice principal and teacher from Canada held the board for 4 hours 30 minutes 11 seconds, beating the previous record set by the previous employer by 10 minutes last month.
The previous record was set by fellow Canadian Dana Glowacka in 2019, according to Guinness.
In order to set a new record, Guinness said Wilde had to keep his wrists and feet on the ground at all times, while keeping the rest of his body off the ground and standing straight for the duration.
According to Gaines, Wilde’s 12 grandchildren motivated him to break the record.
Despite living with chronic pain in his hands and arms, Wilde said he fell in love with the board 12 years ago after suffering a wrist injury.
He even planked up to six hours a day while training to break the record.
