NEPRA has fixed electricity charges of Rs. 3.33 per unit per month. This upgrade will cost an additional 1000000. 35 billion to customers. NEPRA announced hike in electricity tariff.
The electricity price increase is done as part of the monthly fuel adjustment. Customers pay additional fees on their current monthly bills.
According to the warning, the increase in electricity prices will not apply to electricity and household consumers.
