CM Maryam orders student survey for iPad, laptop distribution scheme

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Maryam Nawaz chaired a high-level meeting on Thursday to review the status of college scholarships and iPad scheme.

Expressing dissatisfaction over the incomplete briefing, the chief minister called for a comprehensive plan for the Punjab Education Endowment Fund (PEEF) scholarship scheme.

According to Radio Pakistan, CM Maryam presided over the launch of the student survey for both the iPad and laptop schemes, highlighting the commitment to modernize higher education and related institutions.

She confirmed that the government would take further action to address student needs in relation to laptop and iPad initiatives.

The meeting was attended by key personalities including former Senator Pervez Rasheed, Provincial Assembly Maryam Aurangzeb, Nosheen Adnan, Rana Sikandar Hayat, Chief Secretary, P&D Chairman, Finance Minister, Higher Education Secretary, PITB Chairman and other officials.
