Companies around the world announce various bonuses to take care of their employees and increase their happiness, but a Chinese company has introduced a unique bonus for single employees – a dating bonus.
According to Indian media, referencing news from China, Insta 360, a Chinese software company, has promised to give 66 Yuan for introducing any non-affiliated person to the company through its online platform.
The media report states that the company will reward employees with 66 Yuan for introducing one person outside the organization for each post. Additionally, if an employee maintains a relationship with a partner for three months through the platform, the company will give 1000 Yuan (approximately 11,650 Pakistani rupees) to both the matchmaker and the couple.
One employee mentioned that the company aims to increase employee happiness through this initiative. Since the campaign started, nearly 500 posts have been published on the company’s forum, and the company has distributed around 10,000 Yuan in cash rewards to employees who shared posts related to singles.
It is important to note that the company’s initiative comes at a time when China is facing a significant decline in both marriage and birth rates.
