MALAKAND: An Additional Secretary of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Climate Change, Forestry, Environment and Wildlife Department planted a pine sapling in Malakand Forest Division as part of the ongoing tree plantation campaign.
The plantation activity was attended by the Conservator of Forests (CF)/Director CDE&GAD, the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Malakand and other Forest Department officials.
The initiative reflects the department’s commitment to environmental protection, forest development and the conservation of natural resources.
Tree plantation plays an important role in improving green cover, supporting biodiversity and strengthening environmental resilience. The department’s continued plantation efforts aim to promote a greener and healthier environment for future generations.
