Lahore: There has been a significant development in the case of alleged abuse against actress Nargis at the Cantonment Court in Lahore.
According to reports, Nargis’s husband, Majid Bashir, has challenged her medical records in court, declaring them bogus. In response to this, the Judicial Magistrate issued a written order, instructing the formation of a medical board to examine Nargis’s injuries.
The written order stated that the medical board should conduct a detailed assessment of the plaintiff Nargis’s injuries and present a report.
On the other hand, Nargis’s lawyer argued that their client’s medical examination had been conducted in accordance with the law and relevant rules and regulations.
It is noteworthy that the legal dispute between actress Nargis and her husband is becoming more complex, and further developments are expected in the upcoming hearings.
