RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has recovered 108 kg of drugs and arrested six accused including a woman while conducting five operations across the country, ANF headquarters spokesperson said on Friday.
He informed that the operation recovered 920 intoxicated tablets from the possession of Muscat-bound passengers, including a woman, arrested at Multan Airport.
34 grams of weed was recovered from a package sent from the UK at a courier office in Rawalpindi, while 101 kg of hashish was recovered near Rughni Road Chaman.
In the fourth operation, 5 kg of weed was recovered from the possession of the accused caught near Karachi railway station.
1 kg of opium and 590 grams of heroin were recovered from the possession of three suspects arrested from Model Town, Bahawalpur.
Separate cases under the Anti-Drug Act were filed against the arrested accused during the further investigation.
