In the United States, a man set a Guinness World Record for peeling and cutting a pineapple in the shortest time.
Rich Ellinson, from Concord, California, accomplished this feat in 17.85 seconds, breaking the previous record of 27.07 seconds.
Speaking to Guinness World Records, Rich shared that he loves pineapples. Every weekend, he buys three pineapples and eats one in a single sitting. He mentioned that his deep love for pineapples sometimes causes him discomfort because pineapples contain an enzyme called bromelain, which softens meat.
