Washington: There is no doubt that fruits and vegetables are essential for human health, but some fruits and vegetables have a higher likelihood of containing pesticides compared to others.
Three-quarters of all fruit and vegetables are contaminated with pesticides when they are delivered to supermarkets or to order, according to a study.
In one study, scientists analyzed 46,569 samples of 46 fruits and vegetables tested by the US Food and Drug Administration and the US Department of Agriculture. Scientists have identified 13 fruits and vegetables with higher levels of pesticide residues than others, with baby nuts at the top of the list. So don’t forget to wash these 13 fruits before eating them:
1) into the womb
2) spinach
3) Fortress
4) mustard greens
5) Eric
6) Pears
7) Rainbow
8) Apple
9) Wine
10) Bell corner
11) Chervi
12) The sky is blue
13) Green beans
More than 90% of the samples of carrots, apples, cherries, spinach, peaches and grapes contained residues of two or more different pesticides, and a total of 210 different pesticides were found in all 13 fruits and vegetables.
