10 people mysteriously died in hours of intense heat wave in Karachi. The bodies were sent to the morgue without post-mortem and medical reports.
Ten people died in the city in nine hours. Three dead bodies were found on KMC ground in Lashari district of Lyari, while other bodies were found in Golimar, Jahangir Road, Landhi, Godam Chowrangi, Defense Phase 7, Orangi Town Sector 15 and Hameso Goth.
Rescue officials claimed that all the dead were drug addicts and the process of identifying the bodies is ongoing.
The bodies were sent to the concerned police station for processing and then moved to the mortuary. So far, the relatives of the deceased have not come forward.
