On Sunday, the UK High Court fined controversial YouTuber Adil Raja £10,000. According to details, Adil Raja Brigadier (Retired) Rashid Nasir has lost his defamation appeal in the British court.
Raja published nine posts insulting Rashid Nasir on social media sites YouTube, Facebook and Twitter/X.
A UK High Court judge has rejected all of the controversial YouTuber’s appeals.
Deputy High Court judge Richard Spearman ordered Raj to pay £5,000 to the applicant and gave him until April 17, 2024 to pay the fine.
Raja appeared in court via video link with his lawyer and British PTI leader Mehtab Anwar Aziz.
All allegations against brigadier Adil Raja (retired) Rashid Naseer have been declared by the court as baseless and invalid, now Adil Raja has to present evidence in court to prove all his allegations.
King’s request for £1.5 million was also rejected, as was a request to keep witnesses confidential.
Meanwhile, in June 2022, King launched a campaign against Pakistan Army officers through X video (formerly Twitter), YouTube and Facebook.
Rashid, a retired brigadier, filed the case on August 11, 2022 through a British lawyer.
