Royal fans voiced their opinion amid growing calls for King Charles to abdicate in favor of his elder son Prince William, as Denmark’s Queen Margrethe abdicated.
In an interview with Fox News, according to the New York Post, royal expert Christopher Andersen claims, “There’s no way Charles is going to abdicate anytime soon — zero chance, zip, it’s not going to happen.”
One royal fan commented on a New York Post report titled “Will King Charles abdicate for Prince William?”: “KC (King Charles) won’t be abdicating anytime soon, but I think he will step down in his 80s. The Queen was one of a kind. I’m looking forward to William and Kate becoming king and queen because they’re my favorite royals.”

Another fan commented: “I agree: zero chance of Charles abdicating. His whole life and purpose was about having this moment.”
A third shared a similar view, saying: “I don’t see it either, unless his health fails to the point where he is unable to fulfill his duties.”
“William and Kate and their family are the future of the royal family and he shouldn’t have to wait long for that to become a reality,” says a fourth.
