Mumbai: Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui says that I am an ugly actor.
Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui said in an interview that my appearance is not good and I admit it whenever I see myself in the mirror. I myself am surprised at how I came into the film industry due to my ordinary appearance, which became the target of people’s jokes and taunts.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui said that I had to face discriminatory behavior due to my appearance. Beautiful faces are needed in the showbiz industry and they are preferred, while I am an ugly actor. I have heard this statement so many times that I myself became convinced that my appearance is bad.
The actor further said that he started questioning himself why he entered the entertainment industry with such a bad appearance. To answer the taunts about his ordinary appearance, he worked hard on acting, and wherever he is today, it is because of that hard work and effort.
