LAHORE, September 14, 2026: A modern X-ray facility has been installed at the Wildlife Hospital of Safari Zoo Lahore to improve the diagnosis and treatment of injured and sick wildlife.
The new facility will strengthen the hospital’s diagnostic services and help veterinary teams assess the health conditions of animals more accurately and quickly.
The X-ray system will assist veterinarians in identifying fractures, injuries and other medical conditions that may not be visible through routine examination.
The facility is expected to support better treatment decisions and improve the quality of care provided to wildlife at the zoo.
The initiative marks another step towards modernising wildlife healthcare and ensuring timely medical attention for animals under veterinary care.
