ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Prime Minister has granted caretaker federal minister for commerce and industry Gohar Ijaz additional charge of caretaker interior minister, according to a notification issued by the cabinet department on Wednesday.
Ejaz will oversee the internal security and law and order situation in the country until the next general elections.
Ejaz, who is also a prominent businessman and economist, served as the chairman of the All Pakistan Textile Mills Association.
