Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife and dancer Dhanashree Verma has finally addressed the rumors of separation from her husband.
The rumors of their split began circulating recently after the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram, and Chahal deleted Dhanashree’s pictures from his profile. Dhanashree also unfollowed Chahal but did not delete any pictures of him. This led to speculation about their separation, especially after Chahal posted ambiguous stories on Instagram.
However, dancer Dhanashree Verma broke her silence regarding the separation rumors and also responded strongly to online trolls criticizing her character. In a note shared on her Instagram story, Dhanashree wrote that the past few days had been extremely difficult for her and her family. The most troubling part was the hateful writings and the defamation of her character through trolling.
She added, “I have worked for years to build my name and reputation. My silence is not a sign of weakness but a symbol of strength. Negative things spread easily on online platforms.”
Dhanashree concluded her note by saying, “Truth needs no clarification.”
It is worth mentioning that Dhanashree, who transitioned from being a dentist to a dancer and choreographer, participated in the popular reality show “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.” She and Chahal got engaged on August 8, 2020, and married on December 22, 2020, in a private ceremony in Gurugram.
