The United States has reaffirmed its commitment to help Pakistan address its energy crisis, with a US State Department spokeswoman emphasizing energy cooperation as a top priority.
Matthew Miller, representing the US State Department, highlighted the significant contribution of the US to the production of an additional 4,000 megawatts of clean energy in Pakistan.
These projects, he noted, have substantially boosted the country’s electricity capacity and ensured that millions of Pakistanis now have access to electricity in their homes.

In addition, the spokesperson of the US State Department underlined the cooperation efforts between the US and Pakistan in promoting a green program aimed at solving environmental problems, especially water management.
The two countries are also working together on initiatives promoting climate-friendly agriculture and sustainable energy practices, further strengthening their partnership to combat climate change and promote sustainable development.
