MOHMAND: MNA Sajid Khan Mohmand participated in the Monsoon Plantation Campaign by planting a sapling at the DEO Office, highlighting the importance of tree plantation and environmental conservation.
The plantation activity was attended by DEO Female Laila Ali, DFO Mohmand and other relevant staff members.
Speaking on the occasion, participants emphasized the need for greater community involvement in plantation and environmental protection efforts to expand green cover and promote a healthier environment across the district.
The campaign also aims to encourage citizens, particularly young people, to take responsibility for planting and caring for trees as part of efforts to build a greener and more climate-resilient future.
Residents were urged to participate actively in plantation activities and contribute to making Mohmand greener, cleaner and more environmentally friendly.
