ISLAMABAD, April 16 (ABC): The OIC Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation (OIC-COMSTECH) and Huawei Technologies have launched a joint ICT academy in Islamabad to strengthen digital skills across 57 OIC member states. The initiative aims to improve access to technical training and support workforce readiness in emerging technologies.

The COMSTECH-Huawei ICT Academy is a training platform designed to deliver education in key digital fields. It combines virtual instruction, hands-on learning, and real-time collaboration tools.
The academy will offer OIC-COMSTECH courses and certifications in areas such as 5G, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. These programs are aligned with international standards and draw on Huawei’s global training ecosystem.
