Islamabad: The Pehchan Pakistan Prize Distribution Ceremony was held at the Pakistan Academy of Letters, Islamabad, celebrating creativity, national identity, and cultural awareness among children and youth from across Pakistan.

The ceremony was graced by Mr. Jamal Shah, renowned visual artist, cultural icon, and former Federal Minister for National Heritage & Culture Division, as the Chief Guest.

Participants and winners traveled from all corners of the country, including remote areas such as Booni, Chitral (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa), reflecting the truly national reach of the initiative.

Addressing the audience, Jamal Shah expressed his honor in being associated with Pehchan Pakistan, stating that initiatives like these are a national service that strengthen cultural roots and identity among the younger generation.

Ms. Meera’n Malik, President of the Community Development Council (CDC) and founder of Pehchan Pakistan, highlighted that the organization is “not merely a contest, but a movement to reconnect children and youth with the soul, heritage, and values of Pakistan.”
