Popular Tamil film industry actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has recently spoken about her last few films, acknowledging her shortcomings as an actress. During a Q&A session with fans on Instagram, she admitted to making “some mistakes” in the past.
Samantha confessed that she might not have delivered her best performances in her recent films but is now working very hard on her new project, Citadel: Honey Bunny. The actress mentioned that this new project is a big challenge for her, possibly the most complex and challenging role of her career.
One person asked her about the effort she’s putting into her character in Citadel and how her role will look. Samantha replied, “I’ve promised myself to challenge myself with every role, with each challenge being harder than the last. I admit I made some mistakes in the past, and things didn’t really work out. I accept my failure and acknowledge that I may not have given my best in my last few films.”
It is worth noting that Samantha will be starring in Citadel: Honey Bunny alongside Varun Dhawan. This action-packed series, directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, will premiere on the streaming site Prime Video on November 7. Samantha was last seen in the Tamil films Yashoda and Shaakuntalam, but these films failed to succeed, grossing less than 500 million rupees worldwide.
