U.S. Government Orders Its Employees to Update Google Phones

Washington: The US government has ordered its officials to immediately update Google Pixel phones due to a mysterious security flaw.

The technology company Google has released a fix for this bug that is related to the bug in the Android operating system. However, the company did not provide details on how the bug could be harmful.

The US government has warned that there is an unexplained flaw in the Android Pixel software that could allow exploits (techniques used by cyber attackers to gain unauthorized access to systems).

Warnings are also advised to follow the steps according to the seller’s instructions and stop using the product if the steps are not followed.

This security issue is a one-day exploit, meaning hackers can launch a cyber attack before remedial action is taken.
