Pakistan to host West Asian Baseball Cup

There is good news for baseball fans as Pakistan will host the West Asia Baseball Cup.

According to details, the confirmation of the event was made at the Asian Baseball Federation meeting. Pakistan Baseball Federation (PFB) President Fakhar Ali Shah said, “Winning the right to host the event is tantamount to giving full confidence to Pakistan.”

“The event is scheduled to be held in October. Time and date notification will be made later,” he said.

“India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Iraq, Afghanistan and Saudi Arabian teams will participate in the tournament,” Shah said.

Teams from Palestine and Bangladesh will also participate in the event, he said.
