ISLAMABAD: Devsinc, a leading Pakistani IT and enterprise technology company, has acquired Datics AI to accelerate next-generation artificial intelligence solutions for global enterprises. The acquisition marks Devsinc’s third major deal of 2025, following the company’s earlier purchase of Alchemative and Cloud1.

Expansion into enterprise AI capabilities

Datics AI is known for its work in predictive analytics, machine learning and agentic AI systems. The company has received national recognition, including the President of Pakistan’s award for Best Software House 2022. Its founder, Umair Majeed, who was named Dynamic Entrepreneur of the Year 2021, has joined Devsinc as SVP Growth. Former Datics AI CTO, Rana Umar Majeed, will serve as SVP, AI Enablement and Transformation.

The acquisition comes as the global data analytics market is projected to reach USD 402.70 billion by 2032, creating major opportunities for AI-enabled business solutions.

Strategy to scale Pakistan’s deep-tech footprint

Devsinc’s Global CEO, Usman Asif, said the deal will scale the company’s ability to serve enterprise clients with advanced AI capabilities. He noted that combining Datics AI’s expertise with Devsinc’s international delivery network aims to build “one of the region’s most powerful AI and data analytics engines.”

Commenting on the collaboration, Datics AI founder Umair Majeed said that the partnership will help deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions that reflect Pakistan’s growing presence in deep technology.

Boosting global delivery across key sectors

The combined teams will offer real-time data platforms, predictive analytics and AI-driven architectures to clients in sectors such as healthcare, telecommunications, finance, retail, automotive and public-sector transformation. The move is expected to expand Pakistan’s contribution to the global AI industry.
