Cricket Australia postpones T20I series against Afghanistan

Cricket Australia has decided to postpone its three-match men’s T20I series against Afghanistan, which was scheduled for August.

The decision was taken on the advice of the Australian government that “conditions for women and girls in Afghanistan are deteriorating.

According to a CA statement, this is the third time CA has decided to postpone matches against Afghanistan after taking the same decision in the ODI series scheduled for March last year.
