Islamabad: Zong 4G, Pakistan’s leading telecom operator, has partnered with Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) to develop business communication services and meet the needs of telecommunications.
MEPCO is the strongest distribution organization in Pakistan, serving 13 administrative districts in the southern province of Punjab. MEPCO uses hydroelectricity to generate electricity and distribute it to approximately thirty-four million people in the region.
Through this partnership, Zong 4G aims to meet MEPCO’s telecommunications needs by using the latest technology and comprehensive business solutions. MEPCO recently issued a bid to meet the telecom requirements and Zong won the contract and strategic partnership. The partnership was officially completed at a signing ceremony at MEPCO HQ presided over by Zong’s 4G Regional Director, Farhan Zakir. This strategic partnership marks an important milestone for Zong’s corporate customers.
