A skilled circus performer from Colombia broke a Guinness World Record by juggling five balls while balancing on his head for 45 minutes.
José Valencia, 34, shared that he practiced this stunt for years before officially attempting the record. He successfully achieved the longest duration of juggling five balls while performing a headstand.
“I worked hard for so many years, and this is the moment my efforts paid off,” he said.
José is currently performing with Luminous Circus, which is on a tour across Europe.
