Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Amir on Tuesday praised Indian captain Rohit Sharma and ace batsman Virat Kohli.
“A man knows his bowling skills by bowling against Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli,” Amir expressed his view. Amir praised Sharma and Kohli as “world class” players.
He acknowledged the talent of Saim Ayub and Mohammad Haris and said, “Both Saim Ayub and Mohammad Haris are quality strikers.
Stressing the importance of aggression, Amir said, “Aggression is a good trait that helps you focus on the game.”
“The Pakistan team will be considered as one of the best players in the T20 World Cup,” he said of the ICC T20 World Cup.
“The management, the fans and the system, which has turned the international cricket circuit around, expect a lot from me,” Amir said.
“If he does well against New Zealand in the next round, I will get more opportunities in the future,” he said.

Amir expressed his gratitude to the Almighty as he prepares to return to the international cricket circuit after a gap of almost four years.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Amir once again shared a picture of himself wearing a Pakistan jersey. “Shuru Allah Ka ady le kar. Alhumdulilah, after four years,” he said.
Amir played his last T20I on 30 August 2020.
Pakistan will host New Zealand in the first of five T20Is at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi on April 18.
