Multan Sultans batsman Usman Khan said on Saturday that he wants to represent the United Arab Emirates (UAE) national cricket team.
Speaking to the media, Khan said, “I don’t regret coming up against Lahore Qalandars. However, it is a matter of immense joy that the team won.
Recalling his century in the eighth edition of the PSL, he said, “I put up a century in the last season of the PSL.”
Khan has made it clear that he is playing in the PSL as an overseas player. “It’s been four years since I played cricket in the UAE,” he added.
Expressing his thoughts on the match against Karachi Kings, Khan said, “We will give our best to ensure a win against Karachi Kings in Karachi.”
“I played cricket all my life in Karachi. Usually the ball swings more in Karachi early in the game,” said Khan.
He claimed: “I always try to give my best against every opponent.”
Acknowledging Mohammad Rizwan’s captaincy, Khan said, “I always tried to learn from Mohammad Rizwan.”
