The Vice Chancellor of The University of Agriculture Peshawar, Prof. Emeritus Dr. Jehan Bakht, yesterday distributed cheques to two students who received scholarships under the Friends Scholarship Program. This program provides scholarships every year to take a prominent position in the field of Veterinary Medicine and to support intelligent students. For the first time, two students of The University of Agriculture Peshawar have won these scholarships. In this regard, in a simple ceremony at the Vice Chancellor’s Secretariat, Vice Chancellor Prof. Emeritus Dr. Jehan Bakht congratulated Sana Gul, 3rd semester, and Khatir Ali, 10th semester student of DVM, while giving scholarships the Vice-Chancellor said that our students have a lot of talent. They need the right guidance. Scholarship administrator Dr. Ibadullah Jan was also present at the event.
