Two cases of Dengue were reported in Lahore on Saturday after rain in the city.
According to details, apart from seasickness, residents also experienced power outages after Friday’s rains made the weather in the provincial capital pleasant.
The electricity supply in the city is up to 3,500 megawatts (MW).
Meanwhile, Saddar, Dharampura, Mustafabad, Harbanspura, Kot Lakhpat and Garden Town witnessed load shedding.
- PDMA warns of monsoon season
Separately, Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Director General Salman Shah on Saturday issued a warning to concerned authorities against the monsoon season in Karawang.
According to the details, the Commissioner of Karawang held a meeting of the concerned department in accordance with the monsoon season.
“More than 100 percent rainfall is expected in July-August this year,” said Shah, expressing his opinion about the problem.
The Karachi Commissioner has asked the concerned authorities to prepare an emergency plan in case of heavy rains in the Sindh capital.
